How long does the repair take?
Entre 3 semaines et 1 mois en fonction de la panne, certaines puces proviennent de Chine et prennent 1 mois pour arriver.

Is micro-welding safe?
Unfortunately no. Humans are not robots, nothing can replace the very delicate precision work that must be carried out to repair a device. However, errors only affect 1% of all devices I have repaired so far.

Is the repair durable?
I offer a 3 to 6 month warranty depending on the different points observed during the repair (condition of the card, durability, repair history etc.). All repairs are carried out with the aim of giving the device a second life.

Who pays for shipping?
You will have to pay for the shipping of your device, I will pay for the return of course. This is also the case for warranty returns.

What happens if my package is damaged or lost?
We are not responsible for any damage or loss of your package. We advise you to call your delivery company. Insurance is recommended and is generally not very expensive compared to the value of your device.

I would like an inspection to find out what is wrong with my device, is this possible?
I do not offer troubleshooting because this is the most important part of the job. Once the quote has been sent I am ready to repair your device, if this is not the case, a diagnostic fee of 39 euros will apply for the time spent.

What if I don't pay for my repair?
A period of 30 days from the sending of the invoice is left to pay otherwise you will give up your device. Several reminders will be made over 30 days.
