HOW IS THE REPAIR PROVIDED?
1) Submit a repair request using the form above detailing your device and its symptoms. I will email you a price listed for your particular device and issue and provide you with an address to send your device to. If you don't receive an email from me within a few days, check your junk/spam folder.
2) Send the fully assembled device within two weeks of receiving the quote and provide me with the tracking number. Once I am finished with your device, I will email you an invoice and notify you of the final status of your item.
3) You will have to pay the amount of the invoice sent at the end of the repair, the device is sent at my expense. Item(s) are shipped one to two business days after invoice payment.
